I voted for McCain but the election is over and it is time to rally behind our new president-to-be and work together to solve our country's, and the world's, huge problems. Frankly, I hope that he will be one of our country's greatest presidents ever and that I will vote enthusiastically for him in 4 more years. Because we need a great president right now, we truly do. We need a true leader and Barack Obama needs to be that leader.

If people can't deal with his election, I feel bad for them. It is time to move on and solve problems. He will be the president of all of us in a couple of months, not just the president of the "blue" states. Blue and Red mixed form Purple, the Team in Training color, so that should be our national color I guess. No more blue and red!!!!!!

And truly, no matter who one voted for, this is an historic moment to be proud of our country that a man who would have been a slave 150 years ago, who's parents would not have been allowed to marry in many parts of our country 60 years ago, and who would not have been able to vote or go to a restaurant in many parts of the country 50 years ago is now our president-elect. We truly have come a long way as a country. And there's a whole lot of other stuff I could tell you, but you can call me about it if you want! We deal with these issues everyday and being told she has lumps in her mammary system doesn't mean she's leaving you anytime soon!Dawn Reneehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17516590106516280652noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-311213234189753631.post-30242987050472850102008-11-07T11:52:00.000-06:002008-11-07T11:52:00.000-06:00and there ya go! praying for Kit :)and there ya go! praying for Kit :)StephanieGhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06785465701365972818noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-311213234189753631.post-35592049978331954402008-11-07T11:38:00.000-06:002008-11-07T11:38:00.000-06:00Steph, I assume that he's assuming because apparen...Steph, I assume that he's assuming because apparently it's pretty common in female cocker's. That combined with the fact that she was older (five) when she was spayed and had that many heat cycles and the estrogen to go with them apparently doesn't make for many non-cancerous results. I guess until we know for sure, I shouldn't rule out hope.
